FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the turnaround time?
Please allow up to 72 hours for the first proof.
 

Can you rush my design?
If you would like to rush a design, there will be a $50 charge. This will guarantee a proof being sent to you within 48 hours.
 

Can you design in any style I want?

All designs must be compliant with company guidelines.
 

How will we talk about my design?
All designs include a 15 minute consultation. Consultation can be over the phone, in person or in email. Communication on edits should be emailed for organization purposes. We recommend that the client submits all content, including any mockups you may have, before meeting.
 

How will I receive a proof and give my approval?
Proofs will be sent by us and approved by you via email. We must receive a written approval for our records. We cannot accept verbal
approvals.

 

Why is the proof on my final printed product different than the proof that was sent to me?
Each printer and computer screen vary in color. We cannot guarantee that the color in your proof and print will exactly match.
 

How will we talk about my design?
Working files can be provided by request for a $50 charge. (ad template for example)
 

What payment methods are accepted?
Before all projects are started we need to have your credit card on file. Required payment method is through a Square invoice via email
and can be paid through their site. For vendor ordering, we will charge your card after signed approval.

 

What if I decide to cancel?
If the design is based on an hourly rate, you will be charged for our time up to the point of cancellation. If the design is based on a flat
rate, you will be charged for the percentage of completion we have done.

BRYON ZAPF

Creative Director

An accomplished industry veteran with more than 20 years of senior management experience, Bryon Zapf is an exceptional leader who combines high-level analytic and problem-solving skills with exceptional experience developing and executing marketing and branding campaigns. Until relocating to Silicon Valley one year ago Bryon had been involved with NYC real estate for the past 10 years, recently as Vice President of TOWN New
Development, heading up sales and marketing efforts for a $3 billion pipeline of residential new development projects. As VP, Bryon leveraged his marketing creativity and vast sales and management experience to direct the overall business development conducted within TOWN New Development, as well as overseeing the preplanning, sales and marketing efforts. A lifelong admirer of world class architecture, he blends a passion for high-quality design and innovative marketing strategies. Bryon ensures that every last detail is seen to, from the planning stages through the creative development and on to final execution.

CONNER DUBAY

Graphic Designer

Conner Dubay is a dynamic and multi-disciplined Graphic Designer with a passion for creating innovative design solutions. With over 7 years of professional experience in the field and more than 100 successfully completed projects for clients from all over the country, he produces designs that are memorable, meaningful and stand out. Working on complex projects across different industry verticals, his work has been recognized for its focus on details, clarity and intelligence. Working for a broad range of clients, he has developed brand identity, marketing collateral & graphics, packaging and publication, typography, t-shirt designs, web and mobile designs. Conner is well versed in all Adobe creative apps and is certified in Graphic Design. He pursues every project with passion, intelligence and personal commitment.
