What is the turnaround time?
Please allow up to 48 hours to complete. I start the minute you send me over your Command Login.
Can you design custom pages?
All designs must be within our standard package that we offer. I will allow custom wording for some of those pages.
How will we talk about my Command website?
All Command websites include a 30 minute consultation. Consultation can be over the phone, in person or over Zoom. Communication on edits should be emailed for organization purposes. I send a follow-up email that contains an overview of everything we discuss.
Once designed, how will I manage the Command site?
I have a closing appointment for 30 minutes where I will teach you how to manage your site. As an FYI, once I set up the Command agent site it's very self sustaining.
How do I pay?
I will send you an invoice through email that has our MCA's cc'd. The charge will be added to your next KWBAE invoice.
What if I decide to cancel?
The design is based on a flat rate, you will be charged for the percentage of completion we have done.
MEET THE TEAM
Chris Bethel
Director of Technology
Before entering the world of real estate, Chris worked at both Google and Facebook. Spending 4 years at Google, Chris worked his way up from Movie Specialist to Team Lead, to spending the last year as a Business Operations Manager for Google Play. He blended unconventional tactics seamlessly, using people skills, transparent communication, and a results driven approach to drive fifty employees across ten teams and three countries to support over sixteen different workflows. His love for French Toast Fridays, the amazing people he surrounded himself with, and the team bonding activities of nerf gun wars, Sporcle, and True American made each day at work an adventure. At Facebook, Chris expanded his creative side as a Digital Store Manager for Oculus. He was responsible for editorializing digital stores, creating and executing marketing campaigns for promotions, and establishing/cultivating relationships with VR developers. After a year and a half Chris was ready to grow and change...which is why he was attracted to the culture of KW! Chris brings his 6+ years in Tech to the real estate industry and, hopefully, entertains agents with incredibly witty emails, his love for pineapples, and his ability to make people believe he’s IT.
