Agent Resources
You will receive a Welcome email with various onboarding information. Included in the email we will give you access to a Google Drive file with all Agent Resources. Once you log into your KW–given email you can access the files through your google drive.

Listing Input/Maintenance
All agents are responsible for inputting and updating their own listings in MLS per MLS guidelines. These will be synced to the KWLS (Keller Williams Listing Service.) All agents will access SkySlope for their transactions/paperwork.
Greensheets
Greensheets are a Contract to Closing Worksheet and should be submitted within 24-48 hours of entering escrow. This is how you will get paid. Access and submit this form on your mykw.kw.com > Technology > Greensheet. If using a Transaction Coordinator, they will do this for you.
Billing
20th of each month your office bill is due, or it goes on your credit card.
Mailbox
Check your mailbox weekly. Ask ASC for location at your office.
Postal Service
Each associate is responsible for his or her own postage and mailings.
Copier Information
You will be assigned a copier access code. Each associate has a unique code. Copies are free for black & white and $.10 each for color, after 500 copies, per month They will be billed on your monthly office bill. Scanning to email does not require your code. Remember to select your name as the person you are emailing the scanned docs to, or you can type in another email address.
Office Key Fob
Each associate is given a key fob to the office at sign up.
Internal Facebook Group
If you're on Facebook, we'll add you to the KW-BAE Internal Group during your onboarding. Post open houses, wants and needs, training information, questions about real estate, or any concerns, upcoming Events, etc.

Business Cards
A business card order form was included in your onboarding packet. Usually, your initial order can be placed with the ASC of your office through Corefact, or MOO for a higher-end option. However, sometimes there are delays due to additional information needed, i.e. website, head shot, etc. If you need to order business cards on your own, visit our order form page HERE.

Visit Corefact to create open house flyers, mailers, brochures, and more. Your login for Corefact was included in your welcome email. If you would like our marketing center to create the flyer for you, please submit a request HERE.
